Recipe Story: Ron purchased this recipe for $1 back around
1990 or so at the "Big E" Exposition in New England. At
the expo (sort of a large state fair), each of the New England states
had large houses in which you could see, taste, and buy items that
represented that state. (Can't remember whether it was New Hampshire
or Vermont who had the Finnish Pancakes.
Finnish Pancakes are great for bunch! they still taste great with
fat-free milk and no-cholesterol egg beaters or egg whites in the
carton!
