Crepes - Savory
& Sweet
Yield: 2 servings
Time: 10 minutes preparation, 20 minutes cooking
Difficulty Level: Easy
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 C milk
- 1 T melted shortening
- 1/2 C sifted flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t sugar
Directions:
- Beat eggs thoroughly. Add milk & shortening & beat some
more. (Can be done in a blender)
- Sift together flour, sugar, salt. (Omit sugar for dinner (savory)
crepes).
- Combine all & mix until smooth.
- Cook on a large pan. (We often use 2 pans to prepare the meal
faster. You can also cover the cooked ones in foil to keep them
warm.
